The rules.
Now that we're on a new voting script we can apply rules and enforce them. If you disagree with the rules below you're free not to join this toplist.

Any attempts at cheating will have you banned from the list. This includes:
  • Proxy Voting or voting by any other program.
  • Force voting.
  • Sites that redirect to other voting pages.
    •

    A visitor should only vote by clicking link we provided. Any other method is consider as cheating and force voting, this includes but is not limited to I-frames, popups and redirects. Any website caught using these methods to inflate votes will be banned on site and the account will be deleted without notice.

     

    Vote Button on pages with no content:

    The vote button/vote link must be located on pages that has actual content, we will now delete accounts that do not follow this rule. Having the vote button or the link on just one blank page is enough for removal.

     

    Hosted Banners:

    Administrators will now remove banners that have "Bandwidth Exceeded" errors on them.

    Other miscellaneous rules that will get your site removed:

    • Your website must be in working condition. Administrators have the right to remove websites that have broken links, graphics and other website errors.
    • Sites that can only be viewed by one browser will be removed.
    • Spamming
    • Adult Content

    A little advice:

    People will not vote for a website they don't like, nor will they come back to it. If you have to resort to cheating to gain votes then the problem lies with your ideas and your experience as a webmaster. We allow people to comment on all websites listed here, listen to people's criticisms and use them to make your site better.
